I Heart Mac & Cheese to expand on Long Island

I Heart Mac & Cheese, a fast-casual restaurant that specializes in fresh, fancy macaroni and cheese bowls, is planning to expand on Long Island.

The company says it signed a 23-store agreement with franchisee group Manor 3, which is a partnership between restaurateur Vinny Greco and Dan Dollard. Greco has owned and operated two Hurricane Grill & Wings locations on Long Island for the past decade, and previously spent 25 years as an equipment manager with the New York Mets, which is how he says he first learned about the restaurant.

The company says it hopes to open 3 locations this year and four more in 2020. I Heart Mac & Cheese currently has one restaurant on the Island at the New Village at Patchogue, which opened in January.
