After plunking down $91 million for a pair of Garden City office buildings just four months ago, Joe Friedland’s JFR Global Investments is looking to flip the properties for a quick profit.

The Brooklyn-based firm is making upgrades and leasing up vacancies at the properties at 900 and 990 Stewart Ave. that were about 80 percent occupied when Onyx Equities and Davis Companies sold them this spring.

Brokers say Friedland and company are seeking about $120 million, trying to take advantage of a healthier Long Island office market.
