Realtors honor scouting scholarship award recipients

The Long Island Board of Realtors awarded six $1,000 merit-based scholarships to three Eagle Scouts and three Gold Girl Scouts in the graduating class of 2019.

Along with the scholarship application, candidates were asked to submit an essay on “What home means to me.”   

The scholarship recipients included Natalie Epp of Wading River, Margaret Hoge of Babylon, Joseph Marcellino of Port Jefferson Station, Kiera Neal of Massapequa, James Rogers of Hauppauge and Joseph Snider of Mount Sinai.
