Hungry Girl founder coming to Long Island on Sunday

Bestselling author, foodie and entrepreneur Lisa Lillien is appearing on Long Island for a book signing this Sunday, Sept. 22.

Lillien, who founded the Hungry Girl brand in 2004, will be at Stop & Shop in Huntington to meet fans and sign copies of her latest cookbook Hungry Girl Simply 6, which focuses on healthy recipes with just six ingredients or less. The book includes 95 gluten-free recipes and 91 vegetarian recipes, with dozens that can be prepared in under 30 minutes.

The Cedarhurst native will be signing books from 11 a.m. to noon at the Stop & Shop located at 1100 Jericho Tpke. in Huntington (across from the Mercedes-Benz dealership).
