The Maria Babaev Team is preparing for its annual Thanksgiving event at the Ritz-Carlton Residences in North Hills, the luxury condo community where Babaev is the exclusive broker.

Clients attending the event will receive an apple or pumpkin pie courtesy of The Maria Babaev Team, as well as a chance to see some of the Ritz-Carlton’s newest condos.
