Beers and cheers at football fundraiser

Like beer and football? 

Then next month’s fundraiser at the Six Harbors Brewing Company in Huntington might be for you.

Six Harbors is hosting a day of beer, appetizers, a touch football game and a viewing of the annual Army vs. Navy football game beginning at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 14 to benefit local veterans.

The festivities include a 50/50 raffle and a box pool for betting on the service academies’ annual gridiron matchup. A $20 bracelet is good for one free beer and food during the game and $1 of each beer sold will go to the Veterans Committee to support local veterans.

Six Harbors Brewing Company is located at 243 New York Ave. in Huntington.
