Check the status of your stimulus payment

Are you still waiting to receive your stimulus money from the federal government’s economic impact payments?

On Wednesday, April 15, the Internal Revenue Service updated its website to give users a way to track the status of their stimulus payment and when it might arrive.

While the payments are disbursed automatically for most taxpayers, some are unsure about whether or not they will be receiving money.

According to the IRS, individuals with adjusted gross income up to $75,000 for single filers, $112,500 for head of household filers and $150,000 for married filing jointly are eligible for the full $1,200 for individuals and $2,400 married filing jointly. They are also eligible for an additional $500 per qualifying child.
