Drive-in concert and fireworks at Point Lookout

Town of Hempstead residents are invited to a free drive-in concert and fireworks show at the Town Park at Point Lookout next weekend.

The concert, headlined by Mike DelGuidice & Big Shot, begins at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 27 and will be followed by a fireworks show to celebrate Independence Day. The rain date is Sunday, June 28.

The event kicks off with a “Salute to Veterans” ceremony to honor the town’s veterans and frontline healthcare workers. The media sponsor is KJOY 98.3 and the fireworks show will be presented by Special FX Wizard. 

Space is limited, so attendees will be welcomed on a first-come, first served basis and asked to remain in their vehicles. 

The park is located at 1300 Lido Blvd. in Lido Beach.
