French-style bakery and market Le Petit Café debuts in Farmingdale

Le Petit Café, a French-style bakery, cafe and market, has opened in Farmingdale.

Culinary Institute-trained chef Kristina Grimes has transformed the Thyme On Your Side shop at 314 Main St. and rebranded and relaunched it as Le Petit Café.

The new bakery/cafe/market offers fresh-baked French pastries, breads, cookies, cupcakes, croissants, pound cakes as well as breakfast, lunch and more. It also features its own products, as well as local and national items like olive oils, coffee and teas.
