Discover Long Island launches Downtown Deals

Bargain hunters can now find out about special offerings and promotions in several Long Island downtowns on their phones or mobile devices, thanks to a new initiative from Discover Long Island.

The tourism and hospitality organization, in partnership with the Nassau IDA and Suffolk IDA, has launched the mobile-exclusive Long Island Downtown Deals Travel Pass. The travel pass explores the latest downtown attractions, featuring restaurants, breweries and much more and brings it right to your phone.

Downtowns covered in the travel pass include Farmingdale, Great Neck, Greenport, Huntington, Rockville Centre and Patchogue.
