Free outdoor presentation of “Romeo & Juliet” in Freeport
Long Island theater fans can enjoy a live performance of “Romeo & Juliet” in Freeport later this month.
The Shakespeare favorite will be presented outdoors by EastLine Theatre at Waterfront Park at the end of South Long Beach Avenue at 3 p.m. on Sunday, June 20.
The “Romeo & Juliet” cast features Allen Winter, Bailey C. Elis, Barbara Tierno, Christine Nelson, Elena Faverio, Giovanni Marine, Jess Reed, John Brautigam, Luke Noderer, Lynda Gaug, Michael Ruggiere, Paul DeFilippo, Spencer McLaughlin and Stefanie Workman.
The production is made possible with support from NYSCA-A.R.T./New York Creative Opportunity Fund (a statewide theater re-grant program), the Babylon Citizens Council on the Arts and EastLine Theatre patrons.
