Project Most hosting holiday wine tasting fundraiser

A virtual holiday wine tasting event is being hosted by Project Most later this month.

Guided by two sommeliers with experience in the East End winemaking industry, participants get two bottles of wine to go along with an hour-long Zoom session scheduled for 7 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 16.

During the virtual wine tasting session, conducted by the co-founders of Virtual Wine Coach Melissa Principi and Michelle Waters, participants will learn about the history of winemaking, Tasting 101, food pairings and more. 

The wine for the event is being donated by Amagansett Wine & Spirits and East Hampton Wines & Liquors.

The event benefits East Hampton-based Project Most, which provides enriching academic and elective opportunities across a range of subjects at a subsidized cost, including a New York State SACC-licensed after school program, a nine-week summer learning program, plus year-round evening and weekend workshops and academic assistance in the areas of arts and culture, S.T.E.M., and health and wellness.
