Restaurant Week at more than 80 Long Island eateries
The winter version of Restaurant Week begins on Sunday Jan. 23 with more than 80 restaurants participating on Long Island.
This time around, diners are being offered a two-course lunch for $20; and three-course dinners for $25, $35 and $42. The promotion runs through Sunday, Jan. 30.
Presented by the Long Island Restaurant and Hospitality Group, Long Island Restaurant Week has become a tri-annual event. Since 2006, it had been an annual fall promotion until the first spring Long Island Restaurant Week was launched in April 2011. A winter event was added in Jan. 2016 due to popular customer and restaurateur demand.
