Shrimpy’s Burrito Bar expanding with new Northport location

Shrimpy’s Burrito Bar will be opening a new restaurant in Northport.

The chain leased a 1,203-square-foot building on .25 acres at 650 Fort Salonga Road, last occupied by a Dunkin’ Donuts.

This will be the fourth Long Island location for Shrimpy’s, following its existing eateries in East Islip, Massapequa Park and Huntington Station. 

Founded in 2018, Shrimpy’s offers a menu of burritos, tacos, quesadillas and more that’s cooked fresh daily. The company also has a food truck that it rents for parties and other events. 

Shrimpy’s plans to open its new Northport location early next year.
