Purple Tie Gala to benefit L.I. Against Domestic Violence

L.I. Against Domestic Violence will be holding its annual fundraising gala at 6 p.m. on Thursday May 9.

Called the Purple Tie Gala, the event will honor Jeff Brett, CEO of King Quality Construction; Sergeant Kelly Hartill, commanding officer of the Suffolk County Police Department’s Domestic Violence and Elder Abuse Unit; and Wendy Rodriguez, leader of the Wendy Rodriguez Real Estate Team. 

LIADV provides services for victims of domestic violence, including counseling, courtroom advocacy, legal assistance, vocational and financial training and more.

The LIADV Purple Tie Gala will be held at The Piermont, located at 494 Fire Island Ave. in Babylon.

Sponsors include NextGen Marketing, Noble Savage Barbershop, Concern for Independent Living, and Ruskin Moscou Faltischek.
