Dads climb free during Father’s Day BOGO event at The Adventure Park Long Island
The Adventure Park at Long Island, the area’s largest zipline and climbing adventure experience, is offering a Father’s Day BOGO offer to celebrate dads this Father’s Day.
Guests of the park will get a free ticket for dad with the purchase of one three-hour ticket on Sunday, June 16.
“What a fantastic way for dads to spend time with their families,” said Park Manager Phil Insalaco. “Sharing an adventure is an amazing way to bond with your kids of all ages.”
The park’s 14 trails consist of various challenges in the trees, including bridges, tightropes, ladders and 49 ziplines. Participants wear harnesses with clips that connect to the trail’s safety system, ensuring that they are always locked on to the course until they reach the end.
The Adventure Park at Long Island, located on the grounds of the Henry Kaufmann Campground at 75 Colonial Springs Road, East Gate in Wheatley Heights, is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Father’s Day, Sunday June 16. The park is open seven days a week from Wednesday June 19 through Labor Day. Daily hours can be found here.
