Long Island trapeze school welcomes summer with a “Wild West Circus”
A dazzling display of aerial acrobatics promises to wow audiences this weekend on Long Island.
I.FLY Trapeze, Long Island’s only flying trapeze and circus arts school, will host a “Wild West Circus” to kick off summer on Saturday, July 13 at 8:30 p.m. in Eisenhower Park in East Meadow.
The hour-long presentation includes aerial rope, hammock, and lyra, ground acts like Diablo and Rifle, comedy, and a flying trapeze finale.
Co-founded in 2006 by brothers Marco and Anthony Rosamilia, I.FLY Trapeze is open to the public (ages 4 and up) and offers individual, group and workshop sessions, as well as the area’s only intensive summer circus camp program for children.
Tickets are $10 each for bleacher or grass seating (please bring your favorite beach chair). VIP tickets are $75 and include front row seating for five people on a reserved blanket, offering a close-up view of the action. Free parking is available in lot 1A, adjacent to the trapeze.
