Brookhaven to host financial success workshop for new year

The Town of Brookhaven’s Women’s Services Division will host a free workshop titled “Prepare for Financial Success in the New Year” on Wednesday, Jan. 22, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM.

Located in the second floor media room in Brookhaven Town Hall, the event will feature a presentation from Denise J. Nostrom, owner and financial advisor at Medford-based Diversified Financial Solutions, on how to kickstart 2025 with a clear and actionable financial plan. Attendees will learn how to set realistic financial goals, create a budget that aligns with their lifestyle, manage debt and build an emergency fund.

The Women’s Services Division aims to supporting the community with a variety of programs, including its Dress for Success initiative, which provides professional attire and career support to women entering the workforce.
