PSEG-LI employees donate $1,100 to Lighthouse Mission

PSEG Long Island employees, through their Adelante LI Employee Business Resource Group, donated $1,100 to Lighthouse Mission in Bellport to support local families and children.

The Adelante LI EBRG, dedicated to promoting and supporting Hispanic culture, also contributes toys during the holidays and school supplies in the fall.

Norberto Lopez Gutierrez, a PSEG Long Island employee and Adelante LI EBRG member, highlighted the company’s commitment to community service, noting that Lighthouse Mission serves as a “beacon of hope” for Long Island families.

Pastor Michael Caiazzo, Lighthouse Mission’s youth and warehouse director, expressed gratitude for the donation, emphasizing how such generosity helps address food insecurity, provide after school mentoring and supply clothes to those in need.

“Every donation counts for us and we greatly depend on The Lord working through the generosity of others to help meet the needs of struggling Long Island families,“ Pastor Caiaco said in a statement.

PSEG Long Island’s efforts reflect its core value of supporting causes that impact its neighbors and communities throughout the year.
