Babylon Rotary Club donates new clothes to VIBS

The Babylon Rotary Club donated $2,000 worth of brand new clothes to Islandia-based Victims Information Bureau of Suffolk (VIBS).

Rotary Club vice president Megan Noble presented the 6 large boxes of clothes to VIBS directors Anthony Zenkus and Paige Carbone during the club’s weekly lunch meeting at Long Island Yacht Club in Babylon.

VIBS offers a comprehensive array of support programs for victims of domestic violence and abuse, including free legal service, counseling and a 24-hour hotline. The organization has established crisis centers located within Stony Brook and Good Samaritan Hospitals on Long Island.
