Long Island credit union continues a charitable tradition

Despite the temporary closing of its branch lobbies due to the state’s PAUSE directive, a Long Island credit union was still able to continue a tradition of donating to The Interfaith Nutrition Network in Hempstead.

Joe Tedesco, president and CEO of Ocean Financial Federal Credit Union, delivered Easter baskets loaded with essential items for adults and goodies for children last week.

In order to help restock The INN’s pantry during a time of social distancing, the credit union purchased various supplies in lieu of collecting donations in-person at its branches in Oceanside and Seaford.
