L.E.A.D. Fest carnival to be held at Bay Shore mall

The L.E.A.D. Fest carnival is coming to the Westfield South Shore mall in Bay Shore next week.

The carnival, presented by Law Enforcement Against Drugs, runs from Tuesday, June 22 through Sunday, June 27 and is open from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 12 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

Besides carnival rides, food and other attractions, Scott’s World of Magic will be a featured performer.

The event will benefit the Bay Shore L.E.A.D. program and other L.E.A.D. initiatives.  The L.E.A.D. nonprofit is committed to protecting youth and communities from the proliferation of drugs, drug-related crimes, cyber bullying and violence.
