Electrify Expo to put a charge in the Nassau Coliseum
The national Electrify Expo is coming to Nassau Coliseum this month.
The expo, scheduled for Saturday, August 27 and Sunday, August 28, will feature dozens of electric-powered mobility brands showing off their latest products and technologies.
Attendees will be able to explore electric cars, motorcycles, bikes, scooters, skateboards, surfboards, and more with interactive displays. Electric vehicle experts will be on hand to talk about products and the fast-growing industry.
This will be the only New York-area stop for the Electrify Expo, which has already been held this year in Long Beach, Calif., and Seattle and will visit Miami in October and Austin, Texas in November.
The e-mobility event at the Coliseum, presented by Drive Electric Long Island, will also offer test drives on demo courses.
Drive Electric Long Island is powered by the Long Island Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council and partners that include Farmingdale State College; Suffolk County Community College; PSEG Long Island; Emerald Alternative Energy Solutions; EmPower Solar; Sierra Club, Sustainability Institute at Molloy University; Northwell Health; Estee Lauder; Cameron Engineering; Edgewise Energy; Greater Long Island Clean Cities Coalition; Long Island Progressive Coalition; EV Connect and others.
