UJA shines with successful Summerfest fundraiser
The UJA-Federation of New York (UJA) held its annual Summerfest concert last week.
About 600 people attended the Al Berg Summerfest Concert, which was held on the lawn at the Tilles Center in Brookville on Aug. 9.
Hosted by UJA’s New Leadership Campaign, chaired by Hayley and Coby Rejwan, Summerfest was produced by a small group of UJA donors. The event chairs included Jessica and Matthew Grossman, Jennifer and Bradley Gruber, and Shari and Chris Smith and proceeds benefited the UJA’s annual campaign.
Amy Jaffee was honored at the event with the Robert S. Boas Award for her philanthropic achievements and commitment to the community. Summerfest entertainment featured Emmy-award-winning, multi-platinum artist Andy Grammer.
