Glen Cove studio to host Long Island Yoga Festival

Buddha Jams Yoga will be hosting the first-ever Long Island Yoga Festival.

During the three-day festival, which runs from Friday, June 21 through Sunday, June 23, the Buddha Jams studio will open its doors to a select group, offering 70 spots for an immersive yoga experience and additional spots for live music events, in a celebration of International Day of Yoga and the summer solstice.

Attendees will be treated to yoga sessions and meditation workshops guided by renowned yoga masters Rodney Yee and Colleen Saidman Yee, Alan Finger and Sarah Platt Finger, Matthew Giordano, and other celebrated Long Island teachers.

The festival will also include musicians Nina Rao and DJ Taz Rashid, food trucks, craft vendors, dance parties, drum circles, and more.
