Dancers from MJ’s House of Dance in Lindenhurst were the top fundraisers in the event, with more than $6,000 in support. Other top fundraisers included M & T Dance Unlimited of Seaford, Royal Dance Center of Babylon, Gone Dancing from Oyster Bay, and Create Dance of Massapequa.

“We are amazed and so grateful at the showing of support from Connoisseur Media and these fifteen local dance schools,” said Matt Campo, CEO of RMHC NYM. “This will go an extremely long way as we serve thousands of families with sick children every year from our Ronald McDonald House in New Hyde Park to the two Family Rooms in Suffolk County.”

All funds will go to operations at the Ronald McDonald House in New Hyde Park and the Family Rooms at Stony Brook Children’s Hospital and Stony Brook NICU.

The organization is also constructing a new house near Stony Brook Hospital. A groundbreaking ceremony was held on Tuesday, April 30 with construction starting later this year.
