Part of the Youth Theater Series sponsored by Bethpage Federal Credit Union, “The Wizard of Oz” runs from Saturday, Sept. 30 through Sunday, Oct. 29.

The first workshop will be held from 10:30 a.m. to noon on Sunday, Sept. 17 at the LIMEHOF building at 97 Main St. in Stony Brook.

The free event is scheduled for 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 17 on the Farmingdale Village Green.

The parade kicks off at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, August 25 at Brady Park.
